DESCRIPTION: 

The MP5 is a German-made 9mm SMG, designed in the 1960's and has since became the
(statistically) best selling and most popular SMG ever made, there are now over 100 different
versions of the MP5 available. As testament to its popularity, the MP5 is used in over 40
counties around the world, including the UK - there is even a H&K UK plant that makes MP5's!
The iconic shape of the MP5 has become instantly recognisable within the world of weapons, and
has been featured in numerous films, games, and popular media - it is often the common example
of "An SMG" Commonly used as a site-hire weapon within airsoft, the MP5 is a weapon you are likely
to see on most airsoft battlefields, be it indoor or out!

CYMA Have replicated the MP5A4 very faithfully, this variant is set up as a Naval weapon and shows
pictograms for safe, single, and fully automatic - this is the commonly seen "norm" in airsoft however
the MP5 can also have numbers, or letters to show the selection points on the receiver. This replica is
constructed from mostly polymer externally but do not let this throw you! CYMA's plastic weapons are
just as good as any comparably priced weapons, and their internals are of a seriously high standard!
This version does feature some metal elements, such as the charging handle, magazine release, all
push pins, front sight... etc! The fact this weapon is mostly plastic on the outside means that it is
VERY light, weighing in at under 2kg this is an IDEAL weapon to use as a CQB primary, or as a scout
role weapon when playing in the woods - It is light enough to VERY quickly move from one target to
the next and run around all day with, while being accurate and long ranged enough to give you a
fighting chance against carbines and rifles on the battlefield!

This makes a PERFECT starter weapon for someone who has just gotten their UKARA and are looking for
a weapon to being playing the sport properly with, By using a V2 gearbox internally this weapon is set for
upgrades down the line, and is a very ergonomic and user friendly weapon to be using. Railed handguards
are available for this weapon, and there are numerous MP5/G3 style scope mounting platforms made to fit
the top of the receivers of these weapons allowing for customisation of the externals as you see fit!
